When “The Hunger Game: Catch Fire” and “The Avengers: Age of Ultron” were released, fans speculated that it was the beginning of the end for the MCU.
The first two films had been plagued with issues of violence and plot-holes, and fans were wondering if things would ever get back to normal.
However, “Catch Fire’s” director J.J. Abrams is set to direct a sequel that’s going to be even better.
Abrams recently talked about “The Avenger’s” “stability” and said that “The Walking Dead” director and writer David Alpert will be directing the film.
“The first two [films] were really rough and we’re trying to be a little bit more forgiving and more forgiving in the second one,” Abrams told the Associated Press.
“We’re trying not to go in too far with the violence and we are trying to have a little more of a healthy sense of humor.
That will be part of the next film.
It’s gonna be a really good film.”
Abrams added that he was “really excited” about working with “The Walkers” director Neill Blomkamp on “Catching Fire.”
The first “The Winter Soldier” and first “Captain America: The Winter Soldier were both released in 2019, and both films have seen a resurgence in box office sales since their respective releases.
Abrams added, “I feel like we have a pretty solid franchise.
We have all these movies and we have movies that are coming up.
I’m really excited for all of them.
“When we got there and saw the first trailer and saw everything we had done, I was really excited. “
I was a little nervous, but now I’ve had the chance to really get my footing,” Bruhl said.
“When we got there and saw the first trailer and saw everything we had done, I was really excited.
It was really cool.”
“Carrying On” star Elizabeth Banks also recently revealed that she and “Caught Fire” star John Goodman were in talks for a “Cargo” sequel, which was never made.
“It’s an opportunity to do another movie that is very different,” Banks said of the project.
“That’s what I love about it, because it’s about a different character.”
The actor added that she wanted to see how “Criminal Minds” director James Wan was going to use “Cocktail Party” as a setting for a new “Crimson Peak.”
“I would love to be part the cast,” Banks added.
“This is one of those things that is a dream come true.
I just wanna go to the studio and see what they have in store.”
